2. We are, by definition, the intended recipient because, after all, you sent it to us.

The Dot Com Oracle wishes it to be known that cultofthe.com is not affiliated with the DOT-COM Alliance, the Almighty Dot Com Overlords, the oldest registered dot com symbolics.com (Registered March 1985) nor Tor Onion Networks (because their website is not on the holy dot com TLD).
cultofthe.com also specifically disavowal all influence with or impact on the dot com flops. It totally was not us (and you can not prove it even if it was, which it wasn't). We are just a small cult and have not existed that long (we might not exist at all, thank the Holy Pink Grapefruit). we also have nothing to do with The Vatican, NTAO, the CIA, MI5, MI6 or the UN. We do not take funding from secret societies nor do we receive support from the Freemasons, the Illuminati or John Travolta.
Furthermore cultofthe.com and The Dot Com Oracle have nothing to do with the administration of the United States of America, The EU or Africa and, therefore, have no influence over the the fact America strangely enjoys exclusive use of more than it's fair share of top level domain names. So please stop bugging us about it - it's not our fault.
